Scholarship Purpose: The Howard and Naomi Oesch Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by the naming of the College of Education as a charitable beneficiary through the Estate Trust of Naomi Oesch. Naomi Oesch created the scholarship to benefit elementary education students at ISU, and to serve as a living memorial and legacy in honor of her husband, who died in 1979. Assets of this endowment are invested in the Illinois State University Endowment Investment Pool.
