Scholarship Purpose: This scholarship was created in 2012 by Randy and Lisa Fosler in honor of their daughter Shannon following her graduation from Illinois State University with a degree in elementary education. Shannon was cofounder of the University's Future Educators Association Professional (FEAP) chapter and was very involved in other campus activities, including acting as the first collegiate columnist of the FEA magazine, Go Teach.
