Scholarship Purpose: The Aver and Tarhule Kuluku Academic Excellence and Leadership Scholarship Fund Administrative gift agreement was established by Aondover Tarhule and Roosemarijn Tarhule-Lips in order to provide financial assistance to students demonstrating academic excellence and leadership potential. This scholarship was established to support assist educational and international experience while at Illinois State University.
