Scholarship Purpose: Central Illinois Builders (CIB) is a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. CIB is a voluntary trade association dedicated to the purpose of improving the professional standards of the construction industry and the skill, integrity and responsibility of its member firms. The intent of this scholarship is to encourage and support hard-working and motivated students in the construction management program at Illinois State University who aspire to a career in commercial construction.
