  • Preference given to students from south of Interstate 80 in the state of Illinois

  • Demonstrated academic achievement, as evidenced by: -For students who have been enrolled for 2 or more semesters an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. -For incoming freshmen a cumulative high school GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale -For transfer students a cumulative GPA of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale in academic coursework at their previous institution
