Dorothy Miko Endowment

Scholarship Purpose: The Dorothy Miko Endowment was established in 1999 by Dorothy Miko, who earned her teaching certificate in 1938 and a bachelor of science degree in education in 1963 from Illinois State Normal University. The scholarship is awarded to a senior student with a major in early childhood or elementary education who plans to teach reading in the primary grades.
