GROWMARK - Vern McGinnis Endowed Leadership Scholarship

Scholarship Purpose: The GROWMARK - Vern McGinnis Endowed Leadership Scholarship was established in 2009 in honor of Vern McGinnis, a retired executive of GROWMARK, Inc., who served as President of the College of Business Advisory Council of Illinois State University for ten years while Dixie Mills was Dean of the College. Vern provided leadership for the Council when it was initially established and helped it grow and mature into a functional support mechanism for the College. This fund was announced when Vern was inducted into the COB Hall of Fame in 2009.
