Howard and Naomi Oesch Scholarship

Scholarship Purpose: The Howard and Naomi Oesch Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by the naming of the College of Education as a charitable beneficiary through the Estate Trust of Naomi Oesch. Naomi Oesch created the scholarship to benefit elementary education students at ISU and to serve as a living memorial and legacy in honor of her husband, who died in 1979.

High School GPA: There is no High School GPA requirement for this scholarship.

Essay: An Essay is required towards applying for this scholarship.

Financial Need: This scholarship requires a student to have a Financial Need to be eligible to receive the scholarship. In order to establish "Financial Need", a student must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You can file the FAFSA at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/.

Community Service: There is a community service requirement in applying for this scholarship.

Leadership: There is a leadership experience requirement in applying for this scholarship.

Letter of Reference: For this scholarship application 2 letters of reference are required.
