Scholarship Purpose: The Hubbard Hickrod Scholarship was established in 1998 to honor Benjamin Hubbard and G. Alan Hickrod. The scholarship is awarded annually to a doctoral graduate student majoring in educational administration with a dissertation in the area of educational finance.
