Scholarship Purpose: The J.D.J. Riggs Endowed Scholarship was established in 2013 by James E. and Deborah L. Riggs out of a desire to help young people aspire to their chosen profession. Jim is a 1968 graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. in Business Education and MBA in 1980.
