Scholarship Purpose: Janice McElvain is creating a Back-a-Bird scholarship to award students in the Special Education field. Due to the outstanding education Janice received at Illinois State University, she went on to have a successful career as a Special Education teacher. She wants to enable SPED students at Illinois State University to have that same opportunity.
