Lewis and Mills Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship Purpose: The Lewis and Mills Endowed Scholarship was established in 2014 by Alfred Lewis '90 and Stephen Mills '90. This scholarship will support students with a major within the College of Business or College of Arts and Science who have been diagnosed with cancer or those who have parents that succumbed to cancer or who are cancer survivors. The scholarship honors the memory of their wives Airree Lewis '91 and Tara Mills '91 who both succumbed to personal battles with cancer.

Class Level: Sophomore, Junior, Senior.

Requirements

High School GPA: There is no High School GPA requirement for this scholarship.

Essay: An Essay is required towards applying for this scholarship.

Application Deadline: December

Financial Need: This scholarship requires a student to have a Financial Need to be eligible to receive the scholarship. In order to establish "Financial Need", a student must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You can file the FAFSA at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/.

Community Service: There is a community service requirement in applying for this scholarship.

Leadership: There is a leadership experience requirement in applying for this scholarship.
