Luellen Laurenti Scholarship in Women's Studies

Scholarship Purpose: This endowment was established in 2001 by the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies program with the assistance of Joseph L. Laurenti in memory of Luellen Laurenti, a long time stalwart in the women's movement in Illinois and a lobbyist for women's rights. The scholarship is awarded to a full- or part-time student who has declared or is in the process of declaring a minor in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
