Lynn C. Larsen Memorial Scholarship for Teaching and Promoting Workplace Health and Safety
Scholarship Purpose: The Lynn C. Larsen Memorial Scholarship for Teaching and Promoting Workplace Health and Safety was established by Richard Geurts in order to support students in the Health Sciences Department with a focus on Occupational Safety and Health. Preference will be given to undergraduate sophomores and juniors who demonstrate strong leadership and applied skills relevant to the health sciences field, as well as nontraditional or returning students who show similar promise. Eligibility criteria for nontraditional or returning students, such as a minimum number of completed credit hours, will be determined by the department. The fund may also support students in the Master of Public Health program.
