Scholarship Purpose: The ¿¿Naomi (Montgomery) Law Endowed Scholarship In Special Education¿ was established by Naomi (Montgomery) Law, a 1965 graduate of the College of Education Special Education Program. She went on to have an impact teaching, administrative, and local and national community involvement career for over sixty years. Naomi was motivated to establish this scholarship based on her experience as a student and her involvement with the campus division of NAACP. As a student at a time of great growth at (then) ISNU, Ms. Law’s desire is¿to support students who are involved in organizations that understand the importance of diversity and equity.
