  • Applicants must provide a short essay (max. 300 words) describing the importance and value of diversity, including women, in the field of biology.

  • Preference given to first generation student

  • Student must have completed a minimum of 30 semester hours at Illinois State University.

  • Student must have a minimum GPA of 3.5

  • Scholarships will be awarded for the following term: one-time award, could be renewed if minimum GPA remains at 3.5 and there is satisfactory progress towards degree completion.
