Scholarship Purpose: The William L. and Creta D. Sabine Scholarship is awarded each year to an Educational Administration student who ranks high scholastically and shows promise as an Administrator. William Sabine is a 1931 graduate of ISU, and Creta Sabine was a member of the faculty in the Department of Educational Administration for seven years. The scholarship is to be awarded to one or more graduate students ranking high scholastically and showing promise as an Administrator. Financial need is not of primary importance, but should be considered. Applicants must be admitted to a degree program in the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations. Assets of this endowment are invested in the ISU Endowment Investment Pool.
