Scholarship Purpose: The Sharon Tarvin Scholarship in Mathematics provides financial assistance to students majoring in mathematics, chemistry, biology, physics, or geography/geology. Applicant must provide a short essay (max. 300 words) describing the importance and value of diversity, including women, in the field of mathematics.
