Scholarship Purpose: The purpose of The Supporting Survivors of Interpersonal & Sexual Violence Support Fund is to support victims of interpersonal and sexual violence with emergency financial assistance, scholarships, support services, or other necessities.

Essay: There is no essay required for this scholarship.

Financial Need: This scholarship requires a student to have a Financial Need to be eligible to receive the scholarship. In order to establish "Financial Need", a student must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You can file the FAFSA at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/.

This scholarship is not open to International Students.

Miscellaneous Information

• Emergency financial assistance may be made available for students after speaking with Health, Promotion and Wellness or Student Counseling Services. The intent is to create a safety net allowing the student to receive social, health, mental or other related assistance so that they may continue to attend ISU and pursue their degree. Applications may be required for tracking purposes. Requests will be reviewed by a committee of ISU Health, Promotion and Wellness staff and when applicable, officers of the students ending rape culture registered student organization.
