  • Preference for the annual, one-time award will be given to a nursing student with demonstrated experience living or working within the African-American community and/or to a student with a demonstrated experience or commitment to working with historically underserved populations, as determined through the scholarship application process at the Mennonite College of Nursing, which includes a short essay completed by each student.
