The Norma J. Marks Memorial COE Scholarship
Scholarship Purpose: The Norma J. Marks Memorial COE Scholarship was established by her loving son, Christopher Marks in order to support and recognize education students enrolled in the Early Elementary Education program at ISU. Norma was an educator for 38 years and impacted countless students that she taught, mentored, and supported.
