Scholarship Purpose: The Phyllis McCluskey-Titus CSPA Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by Ed Manley, a College of Education alumnus and supporter. Ed was moved to establish this scholarship to honor retiring faculty member and program director, Dr. Phyllis McCluskey-Titus. Through this scholarship, the legacy of Dr. McCluskey-Titus, retiring after 22 years at ISU and a career of over 40 years in Student Affairs and with an alumni network of over 500 from the ISU CSPA program, will continue to impact students that are committed to enriching the lives of students across college campuses around the world.
