Scholarship Purpose: The Valdés Family Accompanist Scholarship Fund was established by Rochelle La Rosa and Craig Valdés to honor the memory and legacy of Rafael and Simona Valdés and the Valdés children who studied music and whose interest and joy in making and sharing music has been passed on to their children and grandchildren.
